All classes are approximately 1 hour long & taught by Adriana unless otherwise stated.

Yin: This class consists of slow & relaxed stretches on the floor. Passive stretching helps to open joints & deep tissue. 

Yin Fusion: Slow stretching with a little balance & movement in some postures. 💪

Kundalini: With Cheri Mondays during her 5:30 pm Yin Fusion class. 
Focused on building energy through movement. Kundalini Yoga consists of yoga poses, non religious Sanskrit chants, and meditating designed to create and release energy. Cheri will teach you how to practice something called kriyas, which are designed to work as amazingly powerful techniques to achieve focused self-transformation. 💪💪

Vinyasa: Classic yet dynamic yoga flow focusing on connecting movement & breath.  A mix of strength, balance and stretching. 💪💪💪

Roots: With Darek on Saturdays. 
This yoga class focuses on enhancing endurance, strength and flexibility. The pace of the class is slower than Vinyasa class, but builds heat and intensity through a sustained practice of Sun Salutations and other flowing sequences. Hatha and Vinyasa hybrid that allows repetitions during warm-up, some constant core elements  and 1+ restorative poses for longer, supported holds.  💪💪💪💪

Hatha: Postures are a mix of mostly strength, some balance and stretching.  Postures are held for a longer period of time to focus on alignment and depth.  Classes are kept a bit warmer in temperature. 💪💪💪💪💪

Yo-Pi: Yoga and Pilates inspired class designed to get the heart pumping! A fast paced cardio class focusing on strength. Yoga poses and some pilates moves are done in repetition. 💪💪💪💪💪

Kids Yoga: A class for all ages. This 45 minute class is designed for 4-8 year olds, and adults who want to bring out their inner child! A Lot of singing, playing and imagination.
