Doors open for class at listed time.

All classes are approximately 1 hour long & taught by Adriana unless otherwise stated. 

Refer a friend to any of our New Member offers, and enjoy a free class after they attend their first class.

Yin: This class consists of slow & relaxed stretches on the floor. Passive stretching helps to open joints & deep tissue. 

Yin Fusion: Slow stretching with a little balance & movement in some postures. 💪

Vinyasa: Classic yet dynamic yoga flow focusing on connecting movement & breath.  A mix of strength, balance and stretching. 💪💪💪

Vinyasa/ Yin Fusion: 30 minutes of Vinyasa, followed by 30 minutes of yin fusion.

Ashta Vinyasa: Astanga and Vinyasa hybrid. Good overview of primary series poses with focus on movement and breath. 💪💪💪

Roots: With Darek on Saturdays. 
This yoga class focuses on enhancing endurance, strength and flexibility. The pace of the class is slower than Vinyasa class, but builds heat and intensity through a sustained practice of Sun Salutations and other flowing sequences. Hatha and Vinyasa hybrid that allows repetitions during warm-up, some constant core elements  and 1+ restorative poses for longer, supported holds.  💪💪💪💪

Hatha: Postures are a mix of mostly strength, some balance and stretching.  Postures are held for a longer period of time to focus on alignment and depth.  Classes are kept a bit warmer in temperature. 💪💪💪💪💪

Yo-Pi: Yoga and Pilates inspired class designed to get the heart pumping! A fast paced cardio class focusing on strength. Yoga poses and some pilates moves are done in repetition. 💪💪💪💪💪

Kids Yoga: A class for all ages. This 45 minute class is designed for 4-8 year olds, and adults who want to bring out their inner child! A Lot of singing, playing and imagination. Pre-booking required. call/text 619-335-7827 to reserve a spot. Parents are requested to stay through the class to chaperone their child to the bathroom if needed.

  • 9:15 am - Vinyasa Flow

  • 10:30 am - Yin Yoga

  • 5:45 pm - Yo-Pi

  • 7 pm - Yin Yoga


Wednesday

  • 9:15 am - Yin Yoga with Amanda

  • 10:30 am - Vinyasa Flow with Amanda

  • 5:45 pm - Yin Fusion

  • 7 pm - Hatha Yoga


Thursday

  • 9:15 am - Ashta Vinyasa

  • 10:30 am - Yin Yoga

  • 5:45 pm - Vinyasa Flow

  • 7 pm - Yin Yoga

Normal Classes canceled Oct 31. We will be having a 5pm Vinyasa (75 min).
