WE WILL BE CLOSED Friday September 29 through Sunday October 1st we will be hosting the Next Generation Yoga Teacher Training! Yoga teachers who are interested in teaching children, please contact the studio owner for details. Yoga Alliance Registered.

 

 

Classes

All classes are approximately 1 hour long and taught by Adriana unless otherwise stated. Refer a friend to any of our New Member offers, and enjoy a free class after they attend their first class. 

 

***classes are in order of least to most strengthening***

Yin: Slow & relaxed stretching to open joints & deep tissue.  Classes are kept a bit cooler in temperature. 💪

Yin/Hatha Fusion: Slow stretching with a little balance & movement in some postures. 💪💪

Hatha 101: Spectrum of yoga poses choreographed into 55 min class to broaden postures alignment. Ideal class for beginners or students who want to re-learn how to hold poses correctly, which will help to learn more advanced poses. A Donation only class (aka free! Just donate if you can). 💪💪

Vinyasa: Dynamic yoga flow focusing on connecting movement & breath.  A mix of strength, balance and stretching. 💪💪💪

Hatha: Postures are a mix of mostly strength, some balance and stretching.  Postures are held for a longer period of time to focus on alignment and depth.  Classes are kept a bit warmer in temperature. 💪💪💪💪

SoreTomorrow Hatha: Darek's signature workout slowly making its way into our schedule. More muscular Hatha with some constant core elements to deepen your practice. Postures are a mix of mostly strength, twisting and binding, some balance and a little stretching.  Postures are held for a longer period of time to focus on alignment and working the target muscles. Always with heater, never with cooling fans. 💪💪💪💪💪
